Centuries old Live Oaks surround this serene water­front setting bordered by the Serpen­tine and Crescent Gardens. The out­side Polaris Bar anchors the Loggia Deck and fronts the inside mid-cen­tury modern Lounge and Dance Floor. The Upper Deck and Porch provide sun­set views overlooking it all and the river and marsh beyond.
